Refund and return policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited to beneficiary bank account within  7-8 days.

Return policy: 

We offer a 5–7 day return policy, which means you have 5 to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, Leaked, or Spilled Products

We gladly accept returns and provide replacements or refunds for items that are defective, damaged, leaking, or spilled.

– A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

– We will arrange a return pickup within 7 days from the delivery date.

– If you opt for a replacement, the product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
